TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All purchases within Kismet Yoga purchased at the studio or online are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you cannot attend a class that you have booked and you do not cancel within 3 hours of class start time, you will be liable to pay the class price ‘No Show’ fee.
Pregnant students attending non-pregnancy classes must sign a Pregnant Student Waiver (available at studio receptions) before practising class.
Gift vouchers expire 1 year from date of purchase and are redeemable against Kismet yoga classes, workshops and retail items.
All participants must sign the Kismet Yoga Health & Safety Waiver prior to attending an in-studio or online class. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they have understood and signed the waiver and are in a good state of health before participating in a class or event.
ACTIVATION
All class packs, Pre-Pay passes and intro offers activate on the date of your first booking. Once the first class is booked you cannot book another class on a previous date. You can only book classes on dates that fall after your activation date.
All Pre-Pay passes are activated on the date of purchase. You can cancel your Monthly Pre-Pay at any time, but please give adequate notice for us to process the admin.
You can pause your Monthly Pre-Pay pass, but it can only be paused for a complete month(s) at a time in accordance with your billing date. You must contact us in good time ahead of your payment date to pause your Monthly Pre-Pay pass.
We strongly recommend that you book your class in advance as we have a limited number of spaces. If the class is fully booked you can join the waitlist. Please note, you will need to have a valid payment option to join the waitlist.
If you are on the waitlist and a space opens up (due to a cancellation) and you are next in line, you will receive an auto-email notifying you that you have been added to the class register. This service is fully automated and can reach you at any time.
If you receive the notification email at short notice (less than 1 hour) and cannot attend the class please email us to let us know.
If you are booked into a class but can no longer attend, you must cancel the class. To cancel you must do this through Email or through your account.
Yoga class cancellation policy is 3 hours. If you do not cancel with at least 3 hours prior notice, this will constitute as a late cancel and your credit will not be returned to your account.
If you do late cancel you will be liable for paying a class price no show fee.
If you ‘Early cancel’ (up to 3 hours before class) the class credit will automatically be returned to your account.
If your class is cancelled by Kismet Yoga your credit will be returned to your account and you will be notified
Workshops are non-refundable and non-transferable unless cancelled by the studio.
An external third-party bookings are liable to their cancellation policy. We cannot override this.
Kismet Yoga cannot be held responsible for any injury caused while following an online (Livestream or On Demand) yoga class. Please ensure you are in good health prior to joining the class.

By purchasing a monthly pass to On Demand you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Your On Demand pass cannot be shared. If we have any reason to believe that your pass is being shared, we reserve the right to cancel your access.
2. A 7-day free trial is available. You will be asked to provide your card details to be saved to your account from which the first month’s payment of £12.99 can be collected at the end of the free trial.
3. The free trial is limited to a one-time use per person.
4. Your On Demand pass service cannot be frozen.
5. Your On Demand pass can be cancelled at any time. If you are within the free 7 day trial period, your access to the Video Library will terminate on the day you cancel.
By purchasing an annual pass to On Demand you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Your On Demand pass cannot be shared. If we have any reason to believe that your pass is being shared, we reserve the right to cancel your access.
2. A one-time annual payment of £99.99 will be collected from your card at the time of purchase.
3. Your pass will automatically renew every 365 days until you cancel.
4. Your On Demand pass cannot be frozen.
5. Your On Demand pass can be cancelled at any time however refunds for the unused period cannot be granted.

All workshops and courses purchased at the studio or online are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Credit on account at Kismet yoga can be given if workshop/course is sold out and there is a wait list.
Credit on account or a monetary refund will be provided if the workshop is cancelled by the studio.
Some workshops / courses will only run if there is a minimum number set by the studio / teacher. If it is cancelled for this reason, you will be refunded.
You cannot give your space to another person due to your waiver unless we discuss and agree.
RETAIL
All items purchased at the studio, or online, are non-refundable.
Credit on account at Kismet yoga or exchange will be provided if an item is found faulty or in unusable condition.
You must arrive on time for the session you have booked. We have 15-30mins between most classes to give you ample time to check-in, change and get settled.
If you have booked a class and do not arrive on time, you risk losing your space to someone on the waitlist.
If you are late (within 10 mins of the start of class) and the class is not full, you may still be admitted to practise. If the class is full, you will be turned away. If you are more than 10 minutes late you will not be admitted regardless of whether it is full or not, no exceptions.
Please note we are cleaning between classes with anti-viral cleaning products.
Trays are available for your belongings next to your mats. No shoes allowed in the studio, cubbies are available near the door entrance.
Leave any used props on your mat. Place your own mat, if bringing one on our studio mats already set up. We will sanitise the mats and area after you exit.
All students are responsible for their own belongings. All items left behind will be stored in ‘Lost & Found’. Please contact reception if you think you might have left something at the studio. Items will be kept for one month and anything left unclaimed will be given to charity.
Kismet cannot be held responsible for any items that are lost or stolen on the premises. Please use trays provided and keep an eye on your belongings. Thank you

All personal data is stored securely in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998. For more details on security see section 4, below.

Kismet is fully compliant with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
Personal data will only ever be used in the ways that are in line with why it was originally provided, for example we will not contact someone designated as your emergency contact for marketing purposes. Data is used for teaching purposes and information sent is directly relevant to classes and events at the studio. You may opt out of receiving emails at anytime by replying with ‘Opt Out’ to kismetyogatudio@gmail.com . You can also amend your TeamUp class notifications through your account – account settings – notifications.
TeamUp – ‘studio booking software’ is fully compliant with the GDPR, as are the payment merchants we use – Stripe and GoCardless.
