Our beginner Classes for beginners 

We will build your yoga practice from basic to Flow. 

Learn to breathe and meditate

Learn to practice Yoga on your mat at your pace for your body and mind, 

New to my page?

To try out a class, here is what you do:

  1. Check out the schedule.
  2. Pick out a class that you would like to attend for your first time
  3. Options to pay online or  contact me for a trial class, 
  4. Bring with you: a water bottle, and a towel, blanket if you prefer your own
  5. Be sure to dress comfortably (shorts, sports bra, t-shirt, yoga pants, etc…)
  6. It’s recommended to not eat right before class
  7. Arrive a few minutes prior to class start time
  8. Introduce yourself to our instructor and fill out the necessary forms.
  9. Pay for your class unless you have already done so online
  10. Enjoy your class! Try out other classes, as well, for each instructor has their own style
