OUR Goat yoga season on BBC
If you're looking for something different to do with your friends, family, or co-workers... Here it is! This is a very low-key, beginner yoga class with a Certified Yoga Instructor Lisa. We bring in multiple goats for babies to yearling to play and interact with you. Some will curl up and snuggle, and some with bounce all over. You will definitely leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and with a huge smile on your face.
Classes are held outside or inside the barn if raining on our farm. We ask that you bring a mat or beach towel. We can supply a mat if you forget! Long hair tied up. We will allow time for pictures and feel free to check out all the other offers on the farm.
