Nestled within towering redwood trees and peaceful countryside grounds, our retreat at Minsteracres Retreat Centre offers the opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and truly reset.
Created by two experienced yoga teachers with different teaching styles and approaches, this retreat is designed to welcome all ages, abilities, and stages of life. Whether you are completely new to yoga or have practiced for years, you will feel supported throughout your stay.
Expect nourishing movement, mindful walks through the forest, meditation, forest bathing, rest, reflection, and meaningful connection in a calm and peaceful setting.

Guests will stay in comfortable single bedrooms with sinks.
Bathrooms and showers are shared, with separate toilet and shower facilities located close to all bedrooms.
The retreat centre is surrounded by beautiful woodland and peaceful countryside, creating a quiet and secluded environment perfect for rest and restoration.
